炙甘草汤在老年气阴两虚型冠心病心律失常治疗中的效果

目的 分析炙甘草汤在老年气阴两虚型冠心病心律失常（coronary heart disease arrhythmia,CHDVA）治疗中的效果。方法选择医院2018年1月—2020年1月老年气阴两虚型冠心病心律失常患者共60例，数字表随机分两组，每组30例，西医治疗组的患者给予西药治疗，中西医干预组在该基础上增加炙甘草汤。比较两组心律失常消失的时间、NYHA分级递减2级时间、住院日数、治疗前后患者心功能相关监测指标、中医证候乏力、气短、心悸积分、生活质量评分、转归率。结果 中西医干预组心律失常消失的时间、NYHA分级递减2级时间、住院日数短于西医治疗组，转归率高于西医治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。治疗前两组患者心功能相关监测指标、中医证候乏力、气短、心悸积分、生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05），而治疗后两组以上项目均改善，而中西医干预组以上项目改善的程度高于西医治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 西药联合炙甘草汤对于老年气阴两虚型冠心病心律失常的治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者的心功能，改善患者的生活质量，效果确切。

Effect of Zhigancao Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Arrhythmia in the Elderly With Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin

Objective To analyze the effect of Zhigancao decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia(CHDVA)with deficiency of both qi and yin in the elderly.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia of qi and yin deficiency in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.The digital table was randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the western medicine treatment group were treated with western medicine.The traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention group was added Zhigancao decoction on this basis.The time to disappearance of arrhythmia,the time of decreasing NYHA grade by 2 levels,the number of days of hospitalization,the monitoring indicators of the patient’s heart function before and after treatment,the fatigue of TCM syndromes,shortness of breath,palpitations scores,quality of life scores,and outcome rates were compared between the two groups.Results The time to arrhythmia disappeared in the traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention group,the NYHA grade decreased by 2 times,the number of days of hospitalization was shorter than that of the western medicine treatment group,and the outcome rate was higher than that of the western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparison of monitoring indicators related to cardiac function,TCM syndrome fatigue,shortness of breath,heart palpitations,and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the items above two groups were improved,while the degree of improvement of the above items in the traditional Chinese and western medicine intervention group higher than the western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Western medicine combined with Zhigancao decoction has a definite therapeutic effect on coronary heart arrhythmia with deficiency of both qi and yin in the elderly.It can effectively improve the heart function of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.The effect is definite.
