Accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of senile severe pulmonary hypertension

Objective To study the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of elderly patients with severe pulmonary hypertension.Methods A total of 56 patients with severe pulmonary hypertension treated by surgery in Dongchangfu People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects received color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the clinical results of various indicators were compared between the two groups,and the accuracy rate of examination and the results of operation were compared.Results The results of right atrial transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter,pulmonary artery diameter,pulmonary arterial hypertension,right ventricular wall thickness,hepatic vein diameter and inferior vena cava diameter were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The total diagnostic accuracy rate of the study group was 94.64%,and there was no significant difference between the study group and the surgical results(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly patients with severe pulmonary hypertension is high,which is worth recommending.
