Application effect of nursing intervention based on health belief combined with standardized pain management in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on health belief combined with standardized pain management in patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer.Methods Eighty patients scheduled for radical resection of lung cancer admitted from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on health belief combined with standardized pain management on the basis of conventional nursing.The pain stress indexes,psychological resilience and coping style scores were compared between the two groups.Results On the 1st day after operation,the levels of Cor,NE and ACTH in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,the scores of CD-RISC in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,the facing score increased and the avoiding and yielding scores decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on health belief combined with standardized pain management for patients undergoing radical resection of lung cancer is conducive to reduce pain stress response,enhance psychological resilience and improve coping style.
