甲磺酸倍他司汀联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床效果

目的 观察甲磺酸倍他司汀联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床效果.方法 选择2018年2月至2020年10月我院收治的100例前庭性偏头痛患者为研究对象,按治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采取甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组采取倍他司汀联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗.比较两组的临床效果.结果 观察组的头痛、眩晕发作次数、累积发作时间以及疼痛强度评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05).治疗后,两组患者的PSQI、WHOQOL-BREF评分及血清CGRP、5-HT水平均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 甲磺酸倍他司汀联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性头痛能有效改善患者偏头痛及眩晕等临床症状,提高其睡眠质量和生活质量,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical effect of betahistine mesylate combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of betahistine mesylate combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Methods A total of 100 patients with vestibular migraine admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with betahistine mesylate combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results The frequency and cumulative time of headache and vertigo attacks and pain intensity score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI,WHOQOL-BREF scores and serum CGRP and 5-HT levels in the two groups significantly improved compared with before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Betahistine mesylate combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of headache and vertigo,sleep quality and quality of life,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
