Improvement effect of Yiqi Tongluo decoction on cerebral hemodynamics,motor, neurological function and quality of life in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type

Objective To observe the improvement effect of Yiqi Tongluo decoction on cerebral hemodynamics, motor,neurological function and quality of life in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods From June 2019 to June 2020, 90 convalescent patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was combined with Yiqi Tongluo decoction. The clinical effect, cerebral hemodynamics indexes, motor, neurological function and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, Vd, Vs and Vm of basilar artery in the both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After 1, 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA and MAS in both groups increased, while the score of NIHSS decreased, and those in the observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, ADL and SS-QOL scores in both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo decoction applied in convalescent patients with cerebral infarction of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type can improve the cerebral blood flow, the motor, neurological function and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
