Effect of inhaled glucocorticoid on therapeutic compliance of bronchial asthma patients

Purpose To analyze the effect of inhaled glucocorticoid treatment compliance on the therapeutic effect of bronchial asthma patients.Methods 68 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were treated with glucocorticoid inhalation.According to the MARS-A method,the patients with good compliance were treated as observation group and those with poor compliance as reference group.Results Total clinical effective rate(94.74%)in observation group significantly higher than the reference group(66.67%),the observation group wheezing,cough,chest tightness,shortness of breath disappeared time significantly shorter than the reference group,the observation group after 4w of treatment FEV1/FVC、FEV1 were significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05(the difference is statistically significant).Conclusion The compliance of inhaled glucocorticoid in patients with bronchial asthma has a great influence on the therapeutic effect.
