Improvement effects of sacubitril valsartan sodium on myocardial injury and cardiac remodeling in heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Methods Four hundred patients with HFrEF were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard anti-heart failure regimen+enalapril maleate,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,cTnI and cTnT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and LVEDD and LVPWT were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IFN-γand MMP-9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while KCCQ score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium in the treatment of HFrEF can significantly ameliorate myocardial injury,reverse cardiac remodeling,reduce inflammatory response and improve the quality of life of patients.
