不同药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果对比

目的 评估多囊卵巢综合征患者应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗的效果。方法 选择医院于2018年1月—2019年1月接诊的90例多囊卵巢综合征患者，由随机数字表法分为两组，对照组（45例）给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，观察组（45例）给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗，并且针对胰岛素抵抗的患者，两组均提供二甲双胍治疗，将两组多囊卵巢综合征患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果 观察组与对照组的治疗总有效率相比，差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；经过治疗，两组的血清促黄体激素、血清促卵泡激素、睾酮和雌二醇均得到改善，观察组均小于对照组，但是组间差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；观察组的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 多囊卵巢综合征患者应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗均可以取得一定的成效，可以根据患者的实际情况进行选择。

Comparison of the Effects of Different Drugs in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ethinylestradiol cyprogesterone tablets and ethinyl estradiol tablets in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(45 cases)was given ethinyl estradiol tablets for treatment,the observation group(45 cases)were treated with ethinylestradiol cyprogesterone tablets,and for the patients with insulin resistance,both groups were provided with metformin treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum luteinizing hormone,serum follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone and estradiol were improved in both groups.The observation group was smaller than the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);the endometrial thickness of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets and ethinyl estradiol tablets can achieve certain results in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,which can be selected according to the actual situation of patients.
