Analysis of Clinical Application Value of Transabdominal and Vaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To study the clinical application value of transabdominal and vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy confirmed by our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were randomly selected for the study.Transabdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound were performed in turn.Compared the diagnostic coincidence rate and sonographic characteristics of different inspection methods.Results Vaginal ultrasound examination of the ectopic pregnancy diagnosis coincidence rate was 93.00%,higher than that of abdominal ultrasound examination.The detection rates of extrauterine pseudo-gestational sac,adnexal mass,germ,heart tube beat,and pelvic effusion by vaginal ultrasound were respectively 15.00%,86.00%,91.00%,62.00%,59.00%,were higher than abdominal ultrasound examination,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=7.037,17.149,40.414,29.457,7.221,P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,the diagnostic coincidence rate and clinical application value of vaginal ultrasound are higher than that of transabdominal ultrasound.
