Clinical effect of nicorandil combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on vascular endothelial function and MMP-2,MMP-9 levels

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nicorandil combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris and its influences on vascular endothelial function and MMP-2,MMP-9 levels.Methods A total of 94 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group(47 cases,routine treatment+nicorandil+trimetazidine)and control group(47 cases,routine treatment+trimetazidine).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.87%,which was higher than 85.11%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vWF,AngⅡand ET-1 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in both groups increased,LVDd and LVDs decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of angina pectoris attacks in both groups reduced,the duration shortened,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nicorandil combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the patient's vascular endothelial function,regulate the levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9,promote the recovery of cardiac function,and reduce the number and duration of angina pectoris attacks,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
