Effects of digital navigation technology combined with point preservation on dental health status and aesthetic scores of patients undergoing implant restoration in anterior teeth aesthetic area

Objective To explore the effects of digital navigation technology combined with point preservation on dental health status and aesthetic scores of patients undergoing implant restoration in anterior teeth aesthetic area.Methods Seventy-four patients undergoing implant restoration in anterior teeth aesthetic area treated in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the repair scheme,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received point preservation repair,and the observation group combined digital navigation technology on the basis of the repair scheme of the control group.The implant position deviation,dental health indexes and aesthetic scores were compared between the two groups.Results Six months after repair,the angle deviation,apical distance deviation,neck distance deviation and depth deviation of the implant implantation in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after repair,the PLI,GI,SBI and PD of the two groups were lower than those before repair,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In 1,6 and 12 months after repair,the PES and WES scores of the two groups were higher than those before repair,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital navigation technology combined with point preservation in implant restoration in anterior teeth aesthetic area can reduce the deviation of implant placement position,improve dental health status and aesthetic scores,which is worthy of popularization and application.
