| Abstract: | Immune inflammatory response plays an important role in the pathophysiological mechanism of cerebrovascular diseases.The latest research shows that as a new inflammatory marker,systemic immune inflammatory index(SII)can reflect the balance of local immunity and systemic inflammatory response more comprehensively,and is related to the occurrence,development and clinical prognosis of many kinds of cerebrovascular diseases(such as cerebral infarction,cerebral hemorrhage,venous sinus thrombosis,intracranial aneurysm,etc.).Because of its potential clinical application value,it has been paid more and more attention by clinical workers.This article will review the research progress of SII in cerebrovascular diseases in recent years. |
