| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of PICC nursing team on self-care ability and treatment compliance of breast cancer patients undergoing PICC chemotherapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer undergoing PICC chemotherapy admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(30 cases,PICC nursing team was established to carry out nursing intervention)according to the digital random method.The self-care ability,treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-care ability(self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge,self-care responsibility),treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PICC nursing team intervention for breast cancer patients undergoing PICC chemotherapy can effectively improve their self-care ability,treatment compliance,PICC catheterization knowledge awareness and nursing satisfaction. |
