Application Value of Risk Nursing Management in Airway Nursing of Patients With Non-tracheotomy Oral Cancer

Objective To study the value of risk nursing management in airway nursing of patients with non-tracheotomy oral cancer.Methods A total of 60 oral cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,the control group was performed routine nursing management,and risk nursing management was performed in the observation group.The risk accident rate,lung infection rate,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing risk accident rate of the observation group was 6.67%,and that of the control group was 26.67%.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group;the lung infection rate of the observation group was 3.33%,and the control group was 20.00%,which was significantly lower in the observation group.In the control group;the hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group;the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out risk care management in the process of airway care for patients with non-tracheotomy oral cancer can reduce the risk of accidents and complications of patients to a certain extent,and at the same time shorten their hospital stay.It can help to further improve the patient’s care satisfaction rate.
