Observation of magnetic resonance perfusion imaging of post-stroke depression combined with cognitive dysfunction

Abstract:Objective To observe the magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging of post-stroke depression with cognitive impairment,and to explore the pathogenesis of post-stroke depression with cognitive impairment.Methods 90 cases of cerebral apoplexy patients treated in the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected,depending on the type of diseases,patients can be divided into stroke group and combined group,45 cases each,stroke group for pure stroke patients,combined group for depression after stroke in patients with cognitive dysfunction patients,all patients of two groups were examined by the magnetic resonance perfusion weighted imaging(PWI),The relative cerebral blood flow(rCBF)values in different parts of the two groups were compared.Results The cerebral blood flow of the bilateral frontal lobe,left temporal lobe,and right basal ganglia of the combined group was significantly lower than that of the stroke group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cerebral blood flow between the two groups in bilateral parietal lobe,bilateral occipital lobe,right temporal lobe,left basal ganglia and bilateral cerebellum(P>0.05).The mean difference(-36.02845)and standard error(11.36253)between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of post-stroke depression combined with cognitive dysfunction is related to the decrease of blood perfusion in the bilateral frontal lobe,left temporal lobe,and right basal ganglia.
