疼痛与瘙痒共病的表观遗传学机制研究进展

摘    要:疼痛-瘙痒共病是临床上的常见病、多发病。因介导其发生发展的神经环路、分子和细胞机制目前仍不清楚,且临床上治疗效果欠佳而引起广泛关注。疼痛-瘙痒共病的共同临床表现、现有研究均提示,表观遗传学调节机制参与了病理性疼痛、瘙痒的产生和维持。本文从疼痛、瘙痒的神经传导通路、与疼痛、瘙痒有关的受体及疼痛-瘙痒共病的表观遗传学机制等方面对近年来疼痛-瘙痒共病的表观遗传最新研究作一综述,以期为深入阐明其机制及制定有前景的镇痛止痒新策略提供思路。

Research progress on epigenetic mechanism of co-morbidity of pain-itch

Abstract:Co-morbidity of pain-itch is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinic.The neural circuits,molecular and cellular mechanisms that mediate its occurrence and development are still unclear at present,and the therapeutic effect is poor,which has attracted wide attention.Some common clinical manifestations of co-morbidity of pain-itch and existing studies suggest that epigenetic regulatory mechanisms are involved in the production and maintenance of pathological pain and itching.In this paper,the latest epigenetic studies of co-morbidity of pain-itch in recent years are reviewed from the perspectives of nerve pathways,receptors related to pain and itching,and epigenetic mechanisms of co-morbidity of pain-itch,with a view to providing ideas for further elucidation of their mechanisms and formulation of promising new strategies for analgesia and itching.
