Clinical effect of Huangqi granule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura of Qi failing to control blood

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi granule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura of Qi failing to control blood.Methods Eighty-four cases of children with allergic purpura of Qi failing to control blood treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into reference group(n=42)and study group(n=42)by random number table method.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Huangqi granule combined with conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the purpura rash,abdominal pain,joint swelling or pain scores and total score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of purpura rash,abdominal pain,joint swelling or pain in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.86%,which was higher than 71.43%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen decreased and the level of serum albumin increased in both groups,and those in the study group were better than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi granule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura of Qi failing to control blood can promote the disappearance of disease symptoms and improve children's renal function,with significant effect.
