知信行护理模式在剖腹产初产妇母乳喂养中的应用价值

目的 研究知信行护理模式在剖腹产初产妇母乳喂养中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年8月至2020年7月我院收治的100例剖腹产初产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予常规产后护理,观察组给予知信行护理模式。比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组的产后角色适应各方面评分及总分、母乳喂养知识掌握率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的宫底下降速度快于对照组,宫底高度低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的母乳喂养率以及产后6周的BSES、BAT评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 知信行护理模式能够有效提升剖腹产初产妇的母乳喂养率和喂养质量,帮助初产妇尽快适应母亲角色,促进子宫复旧,应用价值较高。

Application value of knowledge,belief and practice nursing model in breastfeeding of primipara undergoing caesarean section

Objective To study the application value of knowledge,belief and practice nursing model in breastfeeding of primipara undergoing caesarean section.Methods A total of 100 primiparas undergoing caesarean section in our hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum nursing,and the observation group was given knowledge,belief,behavior nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores and total score of postpartum role adaptation and the mastery rate of breastfeeding knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The descending speed of uterine fundus in the observation group was faster than that in the control group,and the height of uterine fundus was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate and BSES and BAT scores at6 weeks postpartum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The knowledge,belief and practice nursing model can effectively improve the breastfeeding rate and feeding quality of primipara undergoing caesarean section,help primipara adapt to the role of mother as soon as possible,and promote uterine involution,which has high application value.
