Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervene

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on children with severe pneumonia treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervene. Methods A total of 40 children with severe pneumonia treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervene from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. The children were divided into control group and observation group by simple randomization, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The improvement time of cough, high fever, pulmonary rale and shortness of breath in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P <0.05). After intervention,FVC, FEV1 and PEF in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). After intervention, the IL-6, TNF-α, CRP levels in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied in children with severe pneumonia treated by fiberoptic bronchoscopy intervene has better effect, which can reduce the occurrence of complications, shorten the time of symptom improvement, ameliorate pulmonary function, reduce the inflammatory factors levels and improve the satisfaction of families.
