| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of motivational interviewing nursing intervention on self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with total cystectomy urinary diversion and abdominal stoma.Methods From February 2017 to August 2018,92 patients with total cystectomy urinary diversion and abdominal stoma admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given motivational interviewing nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results One month after intervention,the health knowledge,self-care skill,self-concept,self-care responsibility scores and total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,the treatment compliance rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 86.13%in the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,the physical function,social function,psychological function and material life state scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.17%,which was lower than 17.39%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Motivational interviewing nursing intervention can improve the self-care ability,treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with total cystectomy urinary diversion and abdominal stoma,and reduce the incidence of complications. |
