Analysis of Feedforward Control in the Restless Nursing of General Anesthesia Patients in Anesthesia Recovery Room

Objective To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in agitation nursing of general anesthesia patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods The data of 116 patients undergoing general anesthesia in the anesthesia recovery room of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into conventional group(given routine agitation nursing intervention)and study group(applying feedforward control management in agitation nursing),with 58 cases in each group.Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,incidence of agitation,nursing satisfaction,nursing quality(element quality index,link quality index,end quality index)and incidence of adverse events induced by agitation were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of agitation in the study group was 5.17%,significantly lower than 17.24%of the conventional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 96.55%,significantly higher than 84.48%of the conventional group(P<0.05);the element quality index,link quality index and final quality index of the study group were higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 3.45%,which was lower than 15.52%of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of feedforward control management in restlessness nursing of general anesthesia patients in anesthesia recovery room can reduce the occurrence of agitation,stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure of patients,avoid the occurrence of adverse events such as falling bed and bleeding caused by restless factors,improve the quality of nursing,achieve ideal nursing effect,and ultimately make patients more satisfied.
