冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的效果及对患者咀嚼功能和生活质量的影响

目的 探讨冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗隐裂牙牙髓病的效果及对患者咀嚼功能和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2017年5月至2020年5月本院收治的58例（68颗患牙）隐裂牙牙髓病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（29例,35颗患牙）与观察组（29例,33颗患牙）。对照组给予冠修复与根管治疗分期治疗,观察组给予冠修复与根管治疗同步治疗。比较两组的牙齿功能指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、生活质量及疼痛程度。结果 治疗前,两组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率、言语功能比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗6个月后,两组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率、言语功能均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的58.62%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组的不良反应总发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的27.59%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前,两组患者的SF-36各项评分、总分及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学差异（P>0.05）;治疗6个月后,两组患者的SF-36各项评分、总分及VAS评分均...

Effect of crown restoration and root canal synchronization on dental pulp disease of cracked tooth and its influences on masticatory function and quality of life of patients

Objective To investigate the effect of crown restoration and root canal synchronization on dental pulp disease of cracked tooth and its influences on masticatory function and quality of life of patients.Methods From May 2017 to May 2020,58 patients(68 affected teeth)with dental pulp disease of cracked tooth admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(29 cases,35 affected teeth)and observation group(29 cases,33 affected teeth)by random number table method.The control group was treated with crown restoration and root canal therapy by stages,and the observation group was treated with crown restoration and root canal synchronization.The dental function indexes,clinical curative effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,quality of life and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in bite force,masticatory efficiency and speech function between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the bite force,masticatory efficiency and speech function in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 58.62%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90%,which was lower than 27.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SF-36 scores,total score and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the SF-36 scores,total score and VAS score in the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Crown restoration and root canal synchronization on dental pulp disease of crached tooth has a significant effect,it can significantly promote the recovery of affected tooth function,reduce the pain of patients,effectively improve the quality of life,with higher safety,which is worthy of promotion.
