Effects of early touch combined with swimming nursing on jaundice regression and nerve development in children with neonates jaundice

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of early touch combined with swimming nursing on jaundice regression and nerve development in children with neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 128 children with neonates jaundice admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing mode,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given early touch combined with swimming nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the time of jaundice regression,first defecation and fetal stool turning yellow in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the jaundice index and IBIL level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the body weight was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the NBNA score,total effective rate of nursing and parental satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early touch combined with swimming nursing can effectively promote the jaundice regression in children with neonates jaundice,improve their nerve development,and increase the parental satisfaction,with remarkable effect.
