失效模式及效应分析在国内手术室护理质量管理中的研究进展

近年来,有研究发现手术护理管理或流程中的漏洞、欠缺往往是导致手术室出现安全隐患的首要因素,如果有充分的术前准备、规范的术中操作、积极的术后护理,可明显提高手术的安全性,降低医疗不良事件的发生率。在传统的手术室护理质量管理领域,通常是由相关组织或专家团队制定相关管理标准。失效模式及效应分析（FMEA）是一种系统的、前瞻性的基于团队的风险管理方法,发达国家已将其广泛用于医疗风险管理中,国内相关研究起步较晚。本文综述了FMEA在国内手术室护理质量管理中的应用,并总结了相关研究的意义及不足,以期为手术室护理质量管理方法的制定提供借鉴。

Research progress of failure model and effect analysis in nursing quality management of domestic operating room

In recent years,studies have found that the loopholes and deficiencies in operating nursing management or process are often the primary factors leading to safety hazards in the operating room.If there are sufficient preoperative preparation,standardized intraoperative operation and active postoperative nursing,the safety of operation can significantly improved and the incidence of medical adverse events can be reduced.In the traditional field of nursing quality management of operating room,relevant organizations or expert teams usually formulate relevant management standards.Failure model and effect analysis(FMEA)is a systematic and forward-looking team based risk management method.It has been widely used in medical risk management in developed countries,and the relevant research indomestic started late.This paper summarizes the application of FMEA in nursing quality management of domestic operating room and summarizes the significance and shortcomings of relevant research,in order to provide reference for the formulation of quality management methods of operating room nursing.
