Application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of repairing facial defects with free tissue flap transplantation

Objective To explore the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of free tissue flap transplantation to repair facial defects.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial tissue defects who underwent free tissue flap transplantation in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing.The degree of surgical stress,operation time,incidence of postoperative complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS and the level of plasma cortisol in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative pain relief time and wound healing time in the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group with perioperative nursing services was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The perioperative implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in the repair of facial defects with free tissue flap transplantation can not only reduce the degree of stress,but also reduce the occurrence of complications,shorten the postoperative recovery process and improve the satisfaction of patients,which can be popularized.
