5797名克拉玛依市成年人乙型肝炎病毒感染率及影响因素调查

为了解克拉玛依市成年人乙型肝炎(乙肝)病毒感染情况,在克拉玛依区、白碱滩区及乌尔禾区,随机抽取5797名成年人进行了乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染率及影响因素的调查。结果显示:调查人群HBsAg总阳性率为7.47%。其中乙肝疫苗接种者的HBsAg阳性率、抗-HBc阳性率及HBV感染率分别为1.80%、15.54%、17.34%,显著低于未接种者(P<0.01);男性HBsAg阳性率高于女性,有显著差异(P<0.01);汉族与维族HBsAg阳性率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);不同职业HBsAg阳性率比较,有显著差异(P<0.01);不同行政区HBsAg阳性率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,接种乙肝疫苗是控制乙肝最有效措施;借助医生和媒体的力量开展广泛宣传是提高接种率的有效方法;将成人纳入扩大免疫人群是十分必要的。

Survey on Adult HBV Infection Rate and Influence Factor in Karamay City

To know the infection status of hepatitis B virus(HBV) among the adults in Karamay. Infection rate and risk factor of HBV were investigated among the 5,797 adults in the three districts of Karamay by using cluster random sampling method. The total HBsAg positive rate was 7.47%. The positive rates of HBsAg, anti-HBc and HBV (1.80%, 15.54%, and 17.34%) in vaccinees were significantly lower than those among the non-vaccinees (P<0.01). The positive rates of HBsAg in the males were higher than those in the females (P<0.01). The positive rates of HBsAg was similar in the Han nationality and the Uigur nationality (P>0.05). The positive rates of HBsAg was similar among the adults in the three districts(P>0.05). The data demonstrate that immunization of hepatitis B virus vaccine is an effective measure for controlling the HBV infection, so to bring adults into hepatitis B immune program is very important. It is an effective method to raise immunization coverage rate of hepatitis B virus vaccine by carrying on active propaganda.
