| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨临床分离到的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐药特点,为临床合理选用抗生素提供依据.方法 2006年1月～2007年10月临床送检痰标本,分离56株嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,对其进行药敏分析.结果 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对复方新诺明耐药率为3.6%,对环丙沙星耐药率为39.3%,对头孢呋辛、头孢噻吩、头孢噻肟、头孢西丁、替卡西林、阿莫西林、亚胺培南耐药率在100%,对哌拉西林、阿米卡星、庆大霉素、奈替米星、阿莫西林,棒酸、妥布霉素耐药率在90%以上.结论 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌主要引起呼吸系统感染,该菌耐药情况十分严重,而且各地区耐药情况差异很大,应建立本地区菌株药敏谱.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the antibiotic resistance features of stenotrophomonas malophilia separated from clinic tests, preparing for correctly choosing antibiotic for clinics. Methods Separated from sputa of patients with lower respiratory tract inflection between Jan 2006 and Oct 2007, 56 strains of stenotrophomonas maltophilia have been tested for analyzing drug susceptibility.
