近视患者LASIK术后干眼发病率的相关因素分析

目的 探讨LASIK术后干眼发病率与患者性别、年龄、术前屈光度及术后糖皮质激素类滴眼液使用的相关性.方法 回顾性分析行LASIK术患者的性别、年龄、术前屈光度及术后糖皮质激素类滴眼液使用情况与术后干眼发病发生的相关性.结果 按照患者年龄、性别分组,术后干眼发病率情况,术后3个月及术后1年干眼发病率,≤30岁女性较＞30岁女性明显要低（ P 〈 0.05）,并且女性明显要高于同龄男性（P 〈 0.05）.按照患者术前屈光度分组,术后干眼发病情况：高度近视组术后3月及术后1年干眼发病率,明显高于轻度近视组、中度近视组（P 〈 0.05或P 〈 0.01）.LASIK术后糖皮质激素类滴眼液使用1个月以内患者术后3个月及术后1年干眼发病率分别为30.8%,11.1%,明显低于使用1个月以上患者的43.1%,24.5%.结论 LASIK术后干眼发病率与患者的性别、年龄、术前屈光度及术后糖皮质激素类滴眼液使用情况密切相关;年龄大于30岁的高度近视女性患者LASIK术后更易发生干眼症,术后避免长时间的应用糖皮质激素类滴眼液对减少干眼症的发生有明显的帮助.

Related analysis of dry eye incidence of myopic patients after LASIK

Objective To investigate the relationship between the incidence of dry eye after LASIK and patient＇s gender, age, preoperative eye＇s refraction and postoperative use of corticosteroid eye drops. Methods Retrospective anal- ysis was performed on the relationship between the incidence of dry eye after LASIK and patient＇s gender, patient＇s age, preoperative eye＇s refraction and postoperative use of corticosteroid eye drops. Results The patients were catego- rized by age and gender and the incidence of dry eye after LASIK surgery was as follows ： three months and one year after LASIK, the incidence of dry eye of women before 30 years old was obviously lower than those after 30 years old （P 〈 0.05） and the incidence of female was significantly higher than male （P 〈 0.05）.The patients were categorized by eye＇s refraction and the incidence of dry eye after the LASIK surgery was as follows：three months and one year after LASIK, the incidence of dry eye of the high myopia group was significantly higher than the mild myopia group and moderate myopia group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. As to the patients that used corticosteroid eye drops less than one month, the incidence of dry eye after 3 months and 1 year of the surgery were separately 30.8% and 11.1%, which were significantly lower than that used corticosteroid eye drops more than lmonth, separately 43.1% and 24.5%. Con- clusion The incidence of dry eye after LASIK surgery was closely related to patient＇ s gender, patient＇ s age, preopera- tive eye＇s refraction, postoperative use of corticosteroid eye drops. After the age of 30, women with high myopia were more likely to get dry eye. To avoid the use of corticosteroid eye drops for a long time will help to reduce the inci- dence of dry eye.
