盐酸坦索罗辛对慢性前列腺炎患者局部免疫功能的影响

目的 研究盐酸坦索罗辛对慢性前列腺炎患者局部免疫功能的影响.方法 60例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组.对照组采用抗生素治疗;观察组在对照组用药方式的基础上,加用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊.结果 治疗6周后,观察组总有效率86.67%高于对照组总有效率60.00%,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.05）.两组治疗后比较,观察组患者的前列腺液白细胞数降低较对照组明显（P 〈 0.05）.治疗6周后,观察组患者的前列腺液中SIgA水平较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义（P 〈 0.01）.结论 盐酸坦索罗辛可明显改善慢性前列腺炎患者的前列腺液中SIgA水平,并可能对前列腺局部的免疫功能具有调节作用.

Study of tamsulosin hydrochloride intervention of local immune function of patients with chronic prostatitis

Objective To study of tamsulosin hydrochloride intervention of local immune function of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods Sixty cases of chronic prostatitis patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group： treated with antibiotic. The observation group： Based on the treatment methods of the control group, plus： tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules. Results After 6 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 86.67% was higher than the control group （60.00%）, there were signif- icant differences（P 〈 0.05）. The two groups after treatment, prostate fluid white blood cell count decreased of the ob- servation group were more obvious than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After 6 weeks of treatment, the level of SIgA in prostatic fluid drop more,patients in the observation group, compared with the control group, there were sig- nificant differences （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tamsulosin hydrochloride can significantly improve the level of SIgA in prostatic fluid of patients with chronic prostatitis, and may play a role in the regulation of the prostate about the local immune function.
