认知干预对PICC置管患者治疗依从性及并发症的影响

探讨认知干预对PICC置管患者治疗依从性及并发症的影响.方法 将100例患者按数字表法随机分为对照组和干预组各50例,按照PICC置管护理常规进行护理和健康教育,干预组患者在对照组的基础上实施认知干预,观察两组患者治疗依从性、导管留置时间和置管期间并发症发生率.结果 干预组患者治疗依从性高于对照组,导管留置时间长于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义（P ＜ 0.01）.结论 认知干预可有效提高PICC置管患者治疗依从性,延长导管留置时间,降低并发症的发生.

Cognitive intervention on patients with PICC catheter treatment compliance and the influence of the complications

Objective To discuss the cognitive intervention on patients with PICC catheter treatment compliance and the influence of the complications. Methods One hundred patients according to the digital meter method were randomized into control and intervention group the fifty cases, according to the PICC catheter routine nursing care and health education intervention group, the patients in the control group based on the implementation of the cognitive intervention, observe two groups of patients compliance, catheter indwelling catheter during the time and complications. Results The intervention group patients compliance was higher than those in the control group, catheter indwelling time longer than control group, and develop a lower incidence of control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Cognitive intervention can effectively improve PICC catheter treatment compliance, prolong the catheter indwelling time, reduce the occurrence of complications.
