规范心肺复苏抢救流程对医院抢救成功率的影响

目的 通过规范心肺复苏抢救流程对住院患者的抢救,观察其临床效果.方法 选取2010年1月~2011年3月在我院急诊科进行救治的呼吸心跳骤停患者300例,随机分为对照组与实验组,各150例.分别采用常规心肺复苏抢救流程及规范心肺复苏抢救流程进行抢救,回顾性分析规范心肺复苏抢救流程开展前后心跳呼吸骤停患者的抢救效果,比较两组患者抢救成功率、实施心肺复苏、除颤、气管插管时间,并作统计性分析.结果 实验组患者的抢救成功率明显高于对照组（P 〈 0.01）,实施心肺复苏、除颤时间极显著短于对照组（P 〈 0.01）,气管插管时间显著短于对照组（P 〈 0.05）.结论 规范心肺复苏抢救流程能够改善医护人员的抢救工作的效果,提高挽救患者生命的几率,同时降低抢救患者所消耗的时间,减轻患者痛苦.

Analysis of standard rescue process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedure on rescuing success rate in hospital

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of standard rescue process of CRP on rescuing success rate in hospital. Methods Patients who got medical help before carrying out standard rescue process were assigned as control group, patients who got medical help after carrying out standard rescue process from January 2010 to March 2011 were assigned as experimental group,compare the rescue success rate, the time for CRP,defibrillation and intubation time. Results Success rate of experimental group was higher than control group（P 〈 0.01 ） ,time for CRP and defibril- lation were significantly shorter than control group（P 〈 0.01 ）, intubation time in experimental group were shorter than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Standard rescue process could reform the rescue effect of medical staff, it could improve the chances of saving patients as while as alleviate the suffering of patients.
