布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于人工流产术的临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨布托啡诺复合丙泊酚用于人工流产术的安全性及有效性.方法 拟行无痛人流术的健康早孕未育妇女200例,随机分为A、B两组各100例.A组:静注丙泊酚2.5 mg/kg;B组:静注布托啡诺10 μg/kg+丙泊酚2.0 mg/kg;术中必要时追加丙泊酚(0.3~0.5) mg/kg.记录各组丙泊酚用药总量及麻醉相关情况.结果 B组丙泊酚用药总量明显小于A组(P 〈 0.05);B组镇痛效果优于A组(P < 0.05),同时B组不良反应较少.结论 布托啡诺复合丙泊酚静脉麻醉用于人流术,麻醉效果优于单纯丙泊酚静脉麻醉,不良反应少,是一种安全有效的人工流产镇痛方法.

Abstract:Objective To determine the efficacy and safety of butorphanol combined with propofol for artificial abortion. Methods A total of 200 healthy early pregnancy women were divided into two groups (n = 100 each): Group A: intravenous injection of propofol 2.5 mg/kg; group B: intravenous injection of butorphanol l0 I.Lg/kg+propofol2.0 mg/kg; propofo (0.3~0.5) mg/kg was used in two groups when the operation was necessary. The total amount of propofol and anesthesia related situation were recorded. Results The total amount of propofol in group B was significantly less than group A(P 〈 0.05) ;Analgesic effection of group B was superior to group A (P 〈 0.05), and there were fewer adverse re- actions in group B. Conclusion Butorphanol combined with propofol gave better analgesic effection than simple propo- fol for artificial abortion and proned to a little adverse reaction. So butorphanol combined with propofo| for artificial abortion is a safe and effective intrvenous anesthesia method.
