埃索美拉唑治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡的临床效果研究

目的 探讨埃索美拉唑在治疗Hp感染消化性溃疡的作用.方法 研究中包括Hp感染消化性溃疡患者152例,按治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组76例,所有的患者均给予克拉霉素及阿莫西林治疗,治疗组给予埃索美拉唑口服,而对照组给予奥美拉唑口服.对两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、腹痛缓解率、溃疡愈合率及Hp根除率进行比较.结果 （1）治疗组与对照组比较治疗有效率及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）;（2）治疗组与对照组比较第1天及第2天的腹痛缓解率均明显较高,差异有统计学意义（P ＜ 0.05）;（3）治疗组患者的溃疡治愈率及HP根除率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞ 0.05）.结论 Hp感染消化性溃疡患者使用埃索美拉唑三联疗法治疗能够较好的清除Hp、使溃疡愈合率显著提高,在Hp消化性溃疡治疗方法中其具有高效及安全性高等优点,可以在临床推广应用.

Clinical effect of esomeprazole treatment of Hp infection peptic ulcer

Objective To explore the role of esomeprazole in the treatment of Hp infection peptic ulcer. Methods There were 152 cases with peptic ulcer in this study, they were randomly divided into treatment group （n - 76） and control group （n = 76）, all the patients were treated with clarithromycin and amoxicillin. Patients in the treatment group were given esomeprazoleoral, Patients in the control group were given omeprazole. The therapeutic effect, the incidence of adverse reactions, abdominal pain remission rate, the rate of ulcer healing and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared. Results （1）There were no significant difference in treatment efficiency and adverse reaction rate be- tween treatment group and control group （P 〉 0.05）. （2）There was significant difference in the abdominal pain on the first day and the second day between treatment group and control group （P 〈 0.05）. （3）There were no significant differ- ence in the ulcer cure rate and Hp eradication rate between treatment group and control group（P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hp infection in peptic ulcer patients can better use esomeprazole triple therapy, it can have scavenging Hp ulcer healing rate improved significantly, in Hp peptic ulcer treatment which has the advantages of efficient and safe, in clinic application.
