摘    要:目的探讨MRI对膝关节骨挫伤的诊断价值。方法对我院56例膝关节骨挫伤的MRI检查的影像学及临床表现进行分析。结果所有患者行MRI扫描均发现所属骨端不同程度的骨挫伤表现,56例患者共有骨挫伤68处,股骨髁及胫骨上端同时受累14例,单纯股骨髁24例,单纯胫骨上端15例,腓骨近端3例。51例伴有软组织损伤。在常规SE序列T1WI呈等低信号,FSE序列T2WI呈等稍高信号,以中央信号强度为最高,在STIR序列中,T2WI呈明屁高信号改变。结论MRI对骨挫伤诊断的敏感性很高,可减少患者误诊及漏诊率,从而达到早期诊断及治疗目的。对于膝关节创伤患者,在条件允许的情况下应常规做MRI检查.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee contusion. Methods We analyzed the MRI imaging and clinical manifestations in 56 cases of knee contusion in our hospital. Results All cases showed varying degrees of bone contusion in their respective ends of the hones by using MRI scanning. There were 68 bone contusions in 56 cases,both femoral condyle and tibial were involved in 14 cases,simple femoral condyle in 24 cases,simple upper tibia in 15 cases and proximal fibula in 3 cases, and 51 cases were associated with soft tissue injury. The conventional SE sequences showed low signal on T1WI and FSE sequences showed slight high signal on T2WI,with the highest in central signal intensity. Conclusion MRI shows the high sensitivity to bone contusion,and it can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates to achieve the purpose of early diagnosis and treatment.
