布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效分析

目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择2008年6月～2010年1月在我院门诊及住院部治疗的支气管哮喘患儿80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组:对照组和治疗组各40例,对照组患儿吸入布地奈德气雾剂,100μg/次,2次/d,连用3个月;治疗组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特片(2～5岁4mg,6～14岁5mg)口服,1次/晚,连用3个月。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的症状评分、反复发作次数、β2受体激动剂使用次数等临床观察指标明显改善;肺功能呼气峰流速值(FEF)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)亦有显著改善(P0.05)。结论布地奈德联合孟鲁司特对小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著,两者具有协同作用。

Clinical Efficacy of Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation Combined with Montelukast in Children with Bronchial Asthma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with montelukast sodium for children asthma.Methods Eighty children with asthma treated in our hospital from June 2008 to Jan.2010 were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group,with 40 in each.Both groups were treated by aerosol inhalation of budesonide 200μg/d for three months,and montelukast sodium（2~5 years old,4mg,6~14 years old,5mg,po.once per night） was added to the treatment group for the same time.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical indexes such as symptom score,attack frequency and frequency of β2-adrenergic receptor agonist use were improved significantly,and the FEF and FEV1 were markedly improved in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Budesonide combined with montelukast sodium has a significant curative effect to infantile bronchial asthma,and the two have synergistic effect.
