| 摘 要： | 目的观察以疏肝健脾法组方的消渴安胶囊治疗葡萄糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)患者的疗效。方法 167例IGT患者被随机分为治疗组83例及对照组84例。治疗组口服消渴安胶囊,对照组口服阿卡波糖片,疗程均为6个月。治疗1个疗程后进行疗效评定及相关检查资料的统计分析。结果与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、空腹胰岛素含量(FINS)及餐后2h胰岛素含量(2hINS)、空腹C肽(FC-P)含量及餐后2h C肽(2hC-P)含量、三酰甘油(TG)和HOMA-IR等指标均明显降低(P0.05,P0.01);与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组上述指标差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中药消渴安胶囊治疗IGT疗效显著,能较好的预防2型糖尿病的发生,其疗效与阿卡波糖具有可比性,值得推广。
