普外科留置胃肠减压的方法及护理体会

目的探讨普外科留置胃肠减压的护理体会。方法2008年1月～2009年12月将普外科留置胃肠减压的120例患者随机分为护理干预组和对照组各60例。对照组进行常规护理；干预组在对照组的基础上实施一系列护理：心理护理、并发症的预防及护理。结果干预组发生恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀等并发症明显少于对照组；且拔管时间短于对照组；护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对普外科留置胃肠减压患者实施护理干预是降低并发症及提高护理满意度的重要方法。

Nursing of Gastrointestinal Decompression during Tube Dwelling after General Surgery

Objective To investigate the nursing experience in the gastrointestinal decompression during gastrointestinal tube dwelling after general surgery. Methods We divided 120 general surgery patients of gastrointestinal tube dwelling from Jan. 2008 to Dec.2009 randomly into two groups： nursing intervention group and control group, with 60 in each, and both groups received the routine care, and a series of nursing interventions including psychological care, complications,prevention and care were added to the nursing intervention group. Results The complications including nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain,bloating and others in the intervention group were fewer than those of the control group,the extubating time of the intervention group was shorter that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The general surgical nursing intervention for patients with dwelling decompression can reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
