妊娠期高血压综合征剖宫产的麻醉选择

目的探讨妊娠期高血压综合征的患者进行剖宫产时麻醉方式的选择。方法对我院2002年6月～2008年6月收治的172例妊娠期高血压综合征患者行剖宫产的临床资料进行回顾性分析，该组患者中有104例实行腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉，68例行硬膜外麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果以及对全身的影响。结果腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉组在达到麻醉效果所需时间、镇痛、肌肉松弛等方面显著优于硬膜外麻醉硬膜外麻醉组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉起效快，麻醉效果满意，镇痛更完善，可作为妊娠期高血压综合征患者的安全麻醉方式。

Uterine-incision Delivery in Gestational Hypertension Syndrome: Choice of Anesthesia Mode

Objective To explore the choice of anesthesia during cesarean section in pregnancy hypertension syndrome （PHS）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of clinical data of 172 cases of PHS which underwent caesarean section from June 2002 to June 2008, and 104 eases received spinal - epidural anesthesia and 68 epidural anesthesia. The anesthetic effect of two groups and the effect of anesthesia on patient were compared. Results The spinal-epidural anesthesia group was superior to the epidural anesthesia group in the required time reaching anesthesia,analgesia,muscle relaxation, etc. with a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The spinal-epidural anesthesia shows rapid onset of anesthesia,better satisfaction and analgesia,and it can be used as safe anesthesia for PHS.
