| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院抗高血压药物使用现状。方法对我院2006～2008年抗高血压药物的购药金额进行调查分析。结果3年来，钙通道阻滞N（CCB）所占比例最大，平均为31．58％；其次为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI），平均为24．25％；而苯磺酸氨氯地平片在金额排序中居首位。结论我院抗高血压药物主要选用CCB、ACEI，体现了用药的安全性、有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. Methods The amount of money for antihypertensive drugs in our hospital between 2006 and 2008 was analyzed. Results The proportion of calcium antagonist was the highest, accounting for 31.58%, followed by ACEI, accounting for 24.25%. Amlodipine ranked first in amount of money. Conclusion CCB and ACEI are mainly selected and used in our hospital, showing the safety and effectiveness of the drug usage. |
