芍甘附子汤对AA大鼠免疫调节及关节滑膜超微结构形态的影响

目的　观察芍甘附子汤对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠免疫调节作用及关节滑膜超微结构形态的影响 ,初步探讨其治疗RA的机理。方法　将 40只SD系大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、芍甘附子汤治疗组及痹颗粒治疗组。除空白对照组外 ,其余三组均复制成完全弗氏佐剂性关节炎模型 ,于造模 1 8天后灌胃给药 ,连续 35天 ,采血测定RBC -C3bR花环率和RBC -IC花环率 :处死动物 ,取胸腺、脾脏称重 ;取右膝关节组织观察病理改变。结果　芍甘附子汤治疗组血中RBC -C3bR花环率升高 ,RBC -IC花环率降低 ,关节滑膜病理损害明显改善 ,与模型组比较差异有显著性意义 ,但对免疫器官无明显影响。结论　芍甘附子汤能够提高AA大鼠RBC免疫活性 ,增强RBC清除免疫复合物的能力 ,减轻其对关节滑膜的侵害

The Effect of the PGAD on the lmmunoregulation in Rat AA Model and on the Ultrastructure of Synoviocyte

Objective:To observe the effect of the Paeonia and Glycyrrhizae and Aconite Decoction(PGAD) on the immunoregulation in rat AA model and on the ultrastructure of synoviocyte and to explore the mechanism of its therapy to RA. Method: Forty male SD rats were divided into four groups at random, 10 rats in each. Except the control group,the others were fabricated AA model. After 18 days, the treated groups were seperately fed with 0.9% NS, PGAD and WangBi Granule(WBG) for 35 days. Then the blood of all rats were collected to measure the rates of RBC-C 3b receptors(RBC-C 3bR-R) and RBC immune complexes(RBC-IC-R). Its spleen and thymus gland were weighted and the local organize histology was observed through light microscope. Result:PGAD can raise the rates of RBC-C 3bR-R and lower the rates of RBC-IC-R of AA rat, amend its pathology changing, which were statistically significant compared to those of control. Beside, it has no effect to the weight of immune apparatus. Conclusion:PGAD can raise the activity of RBC immunity of AA rat and enhance the function of RBC to delete immune complexes(CIC).Morever, it has significant analgesia effect.
