摘    要:目的:探讨低浓度氯乙烯暴露(〈5ppm)和DNA伤害的相关性。方法:彗星分析法、Student's t-test和ANOVA检验。结果:在低浓度的氯乙烯暴露下(0.05-13.38ppm),仍然可以观察到在环境氯乙烯浓度大于1ppm的工人比小于1ppm的工人有较多的DNA单股断裂(P〈0.05)。结论:车间空气中氯乙烯的浓度即使达到法定容许浓度,仍可能对劳动者健康造成损害。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the dose-response relationship between the low dose exposure to Vinyl chloride monomer(VCM)and DNA damage remains unclear.Methods:Comet assay,Student's t-test and ANOVA test were used to assess the relationship.Results:The low dose exposure to VCM(0.05-13.38 ppm)of >1 ppm can cause more DNA single-strand breaks than the exposure to that of<1 ppm.Conclusion:The results revealed that VCM may cause DNA damage at air levels below current TWA-PEL(10 ppm).
