| 摘 要： | 目的：观察来氟米特治疗难治性结缔组织病的疗效。方法：应用小剂量来氟米特(20mg/d)开放性治疗15例难治性结缔组织病患者，包括系统性红斑狼疮(10例)、皮肌炎(4例)、白塞病(1例)。结果：对于常规治疗无效的顽同难治性患者，应用小剂量来氟米特疗效显著，能控制病情，减少糖皮质激素用量。结论：来氟米特为难治性结缔组织病提供了一种较好的治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the efficacy of leflunomide in the treatment of refractory connective diseases. Methods: An open clinical trial was performed since 2002. 15 patients with refractory connective diseases were treated with low-dose leflunomide including 10 cases of SLE, 4 cases of DM, and 1 case of Behcet's disease. Results: Small dosage of leflunomide was exceptionally effective in the treatment of refractory connective diseases. It could well control the disease activity and reduce the dosage of systemic cortico steroids. Conclusion: leflunomide provides a good alternative for the treatment of refractory connective diseases. |
