| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血液病患者医院感染的特点,为制定医院感染控制措施提供理论依据.方法 采用回顾性分析方法 ,对2007年1月-2008年6月1339例血液病患者进行医院感染的相关临床分析.结果 1339例血液病患者中发生医院感染434例,医院感染发病率为32.4%;感染部位主要以呼吸道为主占58.1%,其次是口腔、血液、消化道等;病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主占55.9%;患者原发病类型为急性白血病、合并糖尿病及住院时间长是血液病患者医院感染发生的危险因素.结论 血液病患者易并发医院感染,应根据其疾病特点加强监护,针对危险因素进行监测,使医院感染得到有效控制.
