| 摘 要： | 角质细胞生长因子2是成纤维细胞生长因子家族近年新发现成员之一,由间质细胞分泌,其受体分布于上皮细胞,能特异性的促进上皮细胞生长、分化和迁移。研究显示角质细胞生长因子2是一个多功能因子,对表皮、真皮和黏膜组织具有显著的促再生和修复作用。

| Abstract: | Keratinocyte growth factor-2(KGF-2) is one member of fibroblast growth factor(FGFs) family new found recently,It is excreted by the mesenchymal cell and its receptor distributes in the epithelial cell,which can specificly promote the growth,differentiation and migration of epithelial cell.Study shows that KGF-2 is a multifunctional growth factor,which can significantly promote regeneration and reparation of epidermis、dermis and mucous membrane tissue. |
