无创辅助通气对重症手足口病早期干预的临床观察

目的：观察无创辅助通气对重症手足口病早期干预的临床效果。方法所有患儿均常规心电监护、血糖、血压、中心静脉压监测、抗病毒、保护脑组织、防治脑水肿等，研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予无创辅助通气，比较两组患儿气管插管几率、肺炎发生率、抗生素使用率，以及在PICU住院时间；同时观察研究组患儿在年龄、病程方面对无创辅助通气的影响。结果研究组患儿气管插管、肺炎发生率及抗生素使用率较对照组低，在PICU住院时间较对照组短，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；3岁以上、病程5 d左右的患儿较3岁以下、病程3 d左右的患儿使用无创辅助通气的有效率高（P〈0.05）。结论无创辅助通气对重症手足口病的早期干预效果显著，对3岁以上、病程5d左右的患儿成功率更高。

Clinical observation on noninvasive ventilation on early intervention of severe hand foot mouth disease PEI

Objective To observe the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation on early intervention of severe hand foot mouth disease. Methods All patients had normal ECG, blood glucose, blood pressure, central venous pressure monitoring, antiviral, protect brain tissue, prevention and treatment of cerebral edema,the study group was treated with noninvasive ventilation, compared two groups of children with tracheal intubation rate, the incidence of pneumonia, rate of antibiotics use, and hospitalization time in PICU;and to study the effects of group of children with invasive ventilation on age,duration of no in. Results Research group of children with tracheal intubation, the incidence of pneumonia and antibiotic use rate is less than the control group, thelength of time in the PICU than in the control group, P＆lt;0.05;Above 3 years of age, duration of 5 days or so of children under 3 years of age, course of disease was 3 days with no effective rate of invasive ventilation of high, P＆lt;0.05. Conclusion Noninvasive ventilation for the early intervention of severe hand foot mouth disease in children with obvious effect, over 3 years of age,duration of 5 days of high success rate.
