| 摘 要： | 目的：观察银丹心脑通软胶囊联合拜阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性卒中的临床疗效。方法：100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组70例口服银丹心脑通软胶囊和拜阿司匹林片；对照组30例仅口服拜阿司匹林片，疗程均为30d．比较治疗前后患者神经功能缺损评分量表（SSS）、生活能力状态量表、Barthel指数、改良Rinkin评分。结果：治疗组SSS、生活能力状态量表、Barthel指数、改良Rinkin评分4项疗效指标均优于对照组。结论：银丹心脑通软胶囊对急性缺血性卒中有显著疗效，值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Yindan Xinnaotong Capsule＂ and aspirin enteric coated tablets in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods： 100 subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 70 cases were treated with this Capsule and aspirin enteric coated tablets for 30 days and control group in which 30 cases were treated with simple aspirin enteric coated tablets for 30 days. Scandinavian stroke scale（SSS）, Barthel index, modified Rinkin and symptom score were observed before and after treatment. Results：The four items improved better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion： This Capsule is effective for acute ischemic stroke. |
