98例早期复极综合症患者心电图分析

目的对早期复极综合征患者的心电图进行分析和研究。方法对2008年10月-2010年10月我院门诊确诊的98例早期复极综合症患者为对象进行回顾性分析。结果早期复极综合征多发于青年男性，在老年男性及女性中的发病较少。主要表现为ST段抬高及T波改变。在患者运动结束后记录的即时心电图中，有86例患者的ST段和T波振幅回降到等电位线，其余患者的ST段出现了轻微压低，未见T波倒置现象。结论医务人员在临床工作中遇到ST段抬高且伴有高耸对称T波的心电图时．要注意结合患者的临床状况及其它检测结果对疾病类型进行合理判断。

The patient record immediately after the end of the exercise ECG in 86 patients with ST segment and T wave amplitude back down to the equipotential lines, and the remaining patients showed a slight ST segment depression, no T-wave inversion phenomenon. Conclusion ＇The medical staff working in the clinical encounter with ST-segment elevation and tall symmetrical T-wave of ECG, we should pay attention to the clinical status of patients with test results and other types of disease and reasonable judgments.
