摘    要:目的探讨制约健康教育深入开展的因素,以便采取对策.方法采用问卷调查法,以125名护士为调查对象.结果制约健康教育深入开展的因素有(1)护士缺乏整体护理理念,仅有21.6%的护士选择"程序化健康教育"施教;(2)护士方面的综合因素;(3)病人文化层次因素;(4)当前凸现的社会因素等.结论护理部要将健康教育纳入护理质控目标,制定出科学的评价标准,定期监督检查,护理人员渴望并亟待得到领导层和相关部门的有效支持,在护士培训、购置设备、宣传手段等方面提供更多的条件,保障健康教育的深入开展.

Abstract:Objective To explore the restriction factors of health education development and relevant strategy,so as to improve the effect and efficiency of health education.Method A total of 125 nurses from our hospital were interviewed by self-developed questionnaire.Results The restriction factors including comprehensive quality of nurses,culture level of patients as well as relevant social factors,influenced health education development.Conclusions It is suggested that the effect of health education should be regarded as one of the indexes of nursing quality control and evaluated regularly.More efficient supports on nurses' training and purchasing device should be provided to nursing personnel in order to deepen the health education development.
