有无微血管病变糖尿病患者躯体功能和生活状况比较

目的了解社区内伴有与不伴有微血管病变的糖尿病患者躯体功能和生活状况的差别，为做好社区糖尿病预防与控制提供依据。方法将226例社区糖尿病患者分为伴有微血管病变组（n＝82）和不伴有微血管病变组（n＝144）．以问卷形式调查两组患者的躯体功能、生活状况等，以及检查相关指标并比较。结果伴有微血管病变的糖尿病患者（DMIP）在疾病对生活影响（P〈0．01）、疾病对躯体功能影响（P〈0．05）和认知性症状评价（P〈0．05）方面评分明显高于不伴有微血管病变的糖尿病患者（NDMIP），其差异具有统计学意义。结论微血管病变对社区糖尿病患者的生活和健康状况影响很大．应加强对该人群的健康教育与健康促进，早期预防微t血管病变．以提高其生存质量。

Comparison on physical function and living conditions of the diabetics with or without microangiopathy

Objective To find out the difference of physical function and living conditions between diabetics with or without microangiopathy in community, and to offer basis for control and prevention from diabetes. Method 226 cases of diabetics in community were divided into two groups. One group included 82 cases of diabetics accompanied by microangiopathy,the other group included 144 cases of diabetics without microangiopathy. Questionnaire investigation was carried out about the physical function and living conditions etc on diabetics in two groups and related indexes were checked and compared. Results The score of influence on living conditions （P〈 0.01） and on physical function （P〈0.05） came from disease and of recognition of the symptoms （P〈0.05） were obviously higher in diabetic patients with microangiopathy than in patients without rnicroangiopathy.the difference between two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion Diabetic microangiopathy greatly influenced the heahb and life quality of diabetics in community.and therefore we should enhance health education and health pro from complication in order to improve the life quality of diabetics in community.
