螺旋CT薄层动态增强扫描对小肝癌的诊断价值

目的探讨原发性小肝癌的螺旋CT薄层动态增强扫描特征及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析28例经临床及手术病理证实的原发性小肝癌薄层动态增强表现。结果28例共发现42个病灶,病灶位于肝左叶12个,右叶27个,尾状叶3个。平扫呈低密度或等密度;肝动脉期90%强化,10%无明显强化;门静脉期88.1%呈低密度或稍低密度,病灶密度呈速升速降的变化特点。结论螺旋CT薄层动态扫描可充分反映原发性肝癌的特征,对肝癌的检出和定性准确率的提高有重要价值。

The diagnosis value of small hepatocellular carcinoma with spiral CT dynamic contrast-enhanced Scan
